Tibetan bowls also known as “Singing Bowls” are a useful relaxation tool because it harmonizes body, mind, and spirit generating a great sense of peace and well-being.
For centuries, the lamas and magicians of Tibet have been making and using the singing bowls to induce mental states of deep well-being, relaxation, and meditation, as well as to treat specific ailments of the body and mind.
Singing Bowls are made by hand with 7 metals each of which symbolizes a planet: gold (Sun), silver (Moon), mercury (Mercury), iron (Mars), lead (Saturn), tin (Jupiter) and copper ( Venus), its function is the emulation of the sounds of nature. We can find singing bowls in the Himalayas and several neighboring countries such as China, Thailand, and Japan.
Sound Therapy is a sacred and ancient discipline that explores, develops and integrates the benefits of sound and vibration in the body, mind, and spirit. This techniques correctly applied promotes deep relaxation and peace of mind.
The IES has developed a 5 module teaching methodology that includes all the knowledge acquired through thousands of years in the study of the power of sound as well as the latest advances and discoveries.
All those interested in the healing properties of sound will learn the bases, concepts and application techniques, that creates a good Sound therapy session. Our goal is to create a new generation of well-trained sound therapists.
This training transmits professionally, the benefits and techniques of Sound Therapy and Tibetan Bowls. To develop in the students the ability to provide a healing sound therapy session with sensitivity and creativity. Provide welfare tools through vibration and sound healing effects for groups or individuals.

The Spanish institution of Sonotherapy has a registry from the Ministry of Institutions and Associations in Spain and other institutions in Europe; these registers are not transferable to students.
